The creation of the E.ON corporate purpose “We has no limits’, highlighted that the E:ON master brand wasn’t driving momentum across all markets and its portfolio of 40+ organisations and brands reflected an inward-looking legacy perspective.
Being the business looking to play a role in peoples lives, regionalism was undercutting the interests of the wider business. This meant that greater emphasis of the E.ON master brand was required to support the ambition of becoming the leading energy supplier across Europe.
